Scott Walters is a Partner with Halsa Advisors and provides strategic planning, operational improvement, and facility planning for hospitals, health systems, and large medical groups. Scott brings over 20 years of operations and planning experience from a wide range of health care providers: the largest to the smallest; inner-city to rural, academic and community. Scott earned his BA from St. John's College and his MHA from the University of Minnesota. Scott has a long track record of working closely with clinicians at leading hospital and medical centers to provide clients and architects with visionary yet practical strategic facility master plans, operational plans, and functional and space programs.
Stephanie Hollandsworth joined Halsa as a Partner in 2021. Stephanie has over 15 years of management consulting experience with expertise in strategic planning, ambulatory network optimization, clinical program development and strategic options assessments. Stephanie focuses her practice on strategic planning and health system alignment and integration and has extensive experience assisting healthcare organizations in rethinking historical strategies and business models and developing plans to produce long-term growth. Stephanie earned her BA from Miami University and her JD from the University of Pittsburgh.
We are pleased to announce Steve Drolet's recent promotion to Partner with Halsa Advisors. Steve brings 10 years of management consulting experience and specializes in long-range financial planning and modeling, feasibility assessments, capital planning and prioritization, and strategic planning and strategic options assessments. Steve earned a Master of Science in Accounting from Marquette University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Steve’s skillset and depth of experience in healthcare finance complements Halsa’s strategy and facility planning practices.
Kristin Anderson is a Founding Partner of Halsa Advisors with over 20 years of healthcare strategy and facility planning experience. In 2022, Kristin left Halsa to pursue an exciting opportunity with Geisinger. Kristin continues to serve as an advisory resource to Halsa and remains invested in the success of the firm she founded in 2009. Kristin earned her BA from Dartmouth College and her MBA and MPH from the University of California, Berkeley.
