Most importantly, Stephanie is an outstanding fit with Halsa's culture, sharing our commitment to client service and partners who remain deeply immersed in project delivery.
Steve Drolet also recently joined Halsa as a Manager. Steve brings 7 years of management consulting experience and specializes in long-range financial planning and modeling, feasibility assessments, capital planning and prioritization, and strategic planning and strategic options assessments. Steve earned a Master of Science in Accounting from Marquette University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Steve’s skillset and depth of experience in healthcare finance will complement Halsa’s strategy and facility planning practices, and we are pleased to welcome him.
Stephanie’s addition to the partnership means that Halsa is now majority women-owned. We have applied for certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) and we are incredibly proud of this moment in Halsa’s history and the significance of becoming a WBE. Certification will create opportunities for new and expanded client relationships, and we are proud of the value this will add to the Halsa brand.
